“That would be perfect,” he answered. Smiling, he leaned forward curiously and put two fingers on the edge of a bag and pulled it open a bit more so he could peer inside. “What sorts of purchases?”
There was tissue paper inside, which implied something of a delicate nature. He peered a little further and saw some... lace? Zeus raised an eyebrow when his gaze turned back up. Not unheard of. But... since she'd been avoiding him... “interesting...” He let his voice trail off the end. There would be no question further on those particular contents unless some other bizarre behavior gave him reason to. Besides, he'd rather not start something in the entryway if it wasn't necessary.
“Half an hour, then. On the veranda. I'll have that prepared.” Then, he was going to find out what was going on that was making his wife purposefully avoid him.
