But he was staring at her. Well, in her direction, anyway. Ninkasi really didn't know if he was staring at her, at the space in front of her, perhaps through her or just got caught up in some inner monologue. "What?" She asked, confused.
Then she frowned, assuming that it was cold enough he didn't even want to sip the beer, since he was paused just before he would have tasted it. "It is too damn cold, isn't it? I knew it!" She turned back to the cabinet, futzed with a few more knobs, and wiped her hands on her butt as she returned to a fully upright position.
