It was incredibly sweet. Unlike some couples that seemed to stagnate after time, even to the relatively sad point of having to pencil in reminders that they did have a spouse to talk to and be intimate with, Bragi and Idun always seemed to retain that youthful and playful exuberance that generally came with newlyweds. Frigg supposed, to an extent, it made perfect sense given both of their personalities, but there were times where she was a touch jealous of what they shared.
Her own situation had started very differently. Very differently. Frigg regretted very little of it, but she would have been lying if part of her didn't wish that she and Odin could go back, for even a moment, to the earlier days and change things up a bit. Or at least return to the times when it seemed he couldn't keep his hands to himself for even five minutes. Ah well. Times changed. There had been great heartache.
“I am very glad you like it,” she said with a smile, and it was the absolute truth. She loved her family, immediate and extended, so much that she wished them all happiness.
