Re: Eros, Hera, Open to Anyone
Hera. Not Grandmother. But not your highness either. Hera. She could take that, she supposed. Truthfully, though Eros belonged to her beloved Ares, Hera did tend to favor her more war-like grandchildren. She had nothing against Aphrodite, most of the time, but Phobos and Deimos definitely took after their father rather than their mother, so there was a soft spot in Hera's heart for them.
Besides, they hadn't had their fingers in the pie that was her sometimes rocky marriage.
It was a pleasant evening for the most part though, with no fighting to mar it. Yet. She was still half expecting a brawl to break out and she'd be willing to put money on it being the Norse to start it. And not only because of the tenseness over the missing son.
“I am,” she replied with a slight smile. “Though not nearly as much as your father. He's been running about tonight kissing any female that crosses his path. You wouldn't have anything to do with that, now would you, darling?”
Hera was certain it probably had far more to do with Eris, since she was also engaged in the odd behavior. But it didn't hurt to check. She would not be surprised to find that Eris simply began copying her brother because she thought it would be fun. It was just a question of motivation. So she looked at Eros and waited for his reply.
