Re: Isis, Thoth, Sigyn and OPEN
Thoth was taken completely off guard as the small goddess wrapped her arms around him and kissed him, and kissed him... and kissed him. She was obviously Greek as while the girl seemed to know Sigyn she didn't really have Norse coloring and she didn't look like a Celt either. Given that there were somewhere close to a billion Greeks when one figured in nymphs, centaurs, satyrs and things... the odds were strongly in favor of her being Greek. Which didn't explain why she was kissing him.
It wasn't altogether bad. There were far worse things a goddess could do to him at random and she seemed to rather like him even if they hadn't been formerly introduced. Something about how she didn't want him to forget her. Never fear, small goddess, Thoth didn't forget things often. He chuckled as she dropped his hand and wandered off. “Who,” he was going to ask after her, but returned to the Bragi situation. It was far more important.
He had been about to assure Sigyn that the would keep her and those in charge abreast of any information they come across -because it would be right and proper for him to also alert Odin to any leads he may happen across. But before he could reassure, another had entered their party almost as quickly as the small goddess had left. This one was most assuredly Greek. He had a look about him that very distinctly spoke of being part of Hera and Zeus' bloodlines. And if that small goddess was this god's sister, it was narrowing down the field of who they were.
Then this mystery god, who Thoth was having his suspicions about who he and his sister were based on the sister's erratic behavior, gave a compliment -and in Sigyn's case a sort of backhanded one, to each goddess in his presence and kissed them in turn. Thoth chuckled again. Oh, Isis was bound to not like that at all. As sweet as Aset was, as wonderful and strong a goddess she had grown to become, she was sometimes a bit stuffy when it came to taking behavior in stride. Thoth was more accepting of random things. None of them had been accosted in a violent or truly reprehensible manner. Actually, seemed this god and his sister were having a bit of a game.
“I shall,” he said trying to draw his attention from the drive-by smooches to the situation at hand, “do what I can. I may have see if I can't have an aside with Odin on the matter. Politics involved, you understand.”
