Re: Frigg, Odin, Hera, Zeus & open to anyone wandering in
Still feeling a bit on the melty side, Frigg took another drink from her straw and gave Hera a look to say: yeah, I'm using a straw, I just dare you to say something about it, you pompous horse-faced bitch. The alcohol, no matter how tame compared to her usual fare, was warming her from within. Either that or it was residual warmth from the kiss. Regardless, she was feeling quite relaxed, content and roused at the moment. It wasn't appropriate, not for their location and not for their situation, so Frigg tried very hard to keep it reined in.
“Or be on edge enough to be prepared for an attack,” she added once her husband was done speaking. “It seems that either there was intention to take Bragi specifically and whoever did it premeditated the attack, or,” and more likely given what Odin had told her of the scene at which he had been brought into, “it was a crime of passion and therefore completely random.”
She looked to Odin then, not wanting to say much more. There was a point where she was giving Zeus and Hera enough information to work with and there was a point where she would be spilling things that the Greeks would use against them in the future in some terribly pompous way. Frigg wasn't convinced that either Zeus or Hera were going to be willing to put their ears to the ground in their lands without wanting something in return. There would be an IOU on this, she was sure of it.
Which was partly why she had been so hesitant to ask for their assistance to begin with. “All we're asking is that if you hear anything of him, that you please let us know. His wife is inconsolable, as is understandable and we would very much like to see him safely returned.” And that was where Frigg was leaving that.
