Re: Loki and Hermes and Hermod and Open
Loki paled when he saw Eris come up to them. Not for any strong dislike of her, no -she had been his favorite Greek in the world for a very long time, but just because he remembered the way things were before... well... before shit got real for him in a hurry.
When she slugged his shoulder and started talking, he took it all in stride. She always was a peculiar goddess and fun things tended to happen in her presence, but then she mentioned seeing Sigyn and his heart lifted a bit. Deep down in his gut he knew Sigyn was at the party, he just didn't know where. And Eris had seen her. He was about to ask her where when the little goddess was talking about Hermes' pretend wife. Who?
Choosing to ignore the comment about another child of hers being Norse -he refused to believe any of her children were his, no matter what sort of implications she made in her gaze, he was again going to ask her where Sigyn was when suddenly her lips were on his and he was about to shove her off of him -not only was his wife somewhere in the crowd but he really wasn't down with that anymore, when she was on Hermes and then just as fast... gone. What the hell was going on?
He was going to comment to his companion that Eris was behaving strange even for Eris when suddenly Hermod was talking to him. Well, shouting and berating was probably more accurate for the words coming out of his mouth.
Loki was so many ways of not in the mood for this. “Hermod, don't even start with me right now.” He held up his free hand to indicate it was best for Odin's son to just walk away and took a sip from the bottle Hermes had given him. “And if you know where Sigyn is, could you kindly point me in her direction?” He was not going to start a fight with this kid right now. Loki figured it would happen eventually, a confrontation of some kind, but was sort of hoping the expanse of the party would diminish the chances of his happening here.
