the sky is falling (Frigg, Odin)
Forseti spent so much of his time with mortals these days. It was not that they were simpler creatures to deal with, or that he disliked Gods, he simply wanted to help those that suffered. And suffer the mortals did. No matter if he was Justice or not, he could not stop everything. Corruption ran wild on the Mortal plane so much that his head spun and he felt like his head was constantly aching. When he did take a break from working, and from running marathon for the hell of it he liked to go back and visit those that made him smile.
Those that didn't need him so much to solve problems.
Frigg and Odin were his favorite people to visit. Not just because they were his grandparents. Not just because Frigg would dote on him as if he were a child, or because Odin always looked to him proudly. But because they were comfort in a way no one else was. They reminded him of home. They had his father in their eyes. It was what he needed at times. The look he was sure Baldr had gotten from his parents was the look they gave him from time to time.
He needed that just to even the keel of his life.
"I'm.." He almost said home when he stepped inside their temple. "..here." This was not quite home to him. Not really. But a home.
"Grandma?" He hesitated there, he never did like to go in too far without being welcomed. It was just polite.
