Skadhi shouted Love's name as she loudly shoved the doors to Sessrumnir open and moved inside. To say that the Snowshoe goddess was angry was more than an understatement. She was angry for a myriad of reasons. Anger that escalated as she sat in Thrymheim and stewed over it. She was mad they had lost Loki. Njord had pissed her off with his attitude, stating that she had been flirting with Hermod. She was angry with herself for having been doing just that -flirting with Hermod, because it was now obvious to her that it was what she had been doing and she was just at little angry with Hermod for having left her standing next to the empty net with pissy Njord.
Njord, who was obviously jealous, had no right to just bail on their plan like he had. Even though she apparently had been flirting with Hermod, that was no reason to bail on retrieving the escapee. But before she could decide what to do next she needed to figure out what was wrong with her.
So Skadhi went to the first person she could think of that might know and understand what was ailing her. “Freyja!”
Skadhi had no great love for Njord's daughter, but no great hate for her either. The woman might have some less than desirable proclivities, but she had not caused Skadhi any great offense. Quite the opposite actually, under normal circumstances, when she wasn't pissed off with him, Skadhi was still rather fond of Njord and so kept her mouth mostly in check when dealing with his children.
She moved into the hall and continued her call. If the Love goddess wasn't here currently, she would be soon.
