Bella had been ripped away from her prospective husband only to be shoved into wedding planning day after day. The appearance of her sister had marked the distance between her and Rodolphus. And, yes, she had punished her for that. Whatever little leverage Cissa thought she had was ripped to shreds when the elder Black had laid down the law on her bullshit. She had embarrassed her, and worse, upset him. There had certainly been a punishment for such a thing to happen and she swore her ass was still sore from him slapping it that night.
A devilish smile crept across her lips as Bella's Mother stood in front of her straightening her dress. It was a demure deep gray with too much lace and long sleeves. Although it was a pretty dress it didn't meant that she had to approve of the over primping and the posh stye that her Mother had insisted upon.
Both of Bellatrix's younger sisters would be at the rehearsal, along with her Mother and Father. This was going to be a small family social event but it was enough that it made her stomach wrench with dread. This was not her thing, at all, but she knew what the end game was be and it was all she wanted to focus on now.
Her hair was curled masterfully, a little less crazy than usual, and her makeup was lighter and brighter. She had plastered a fake smile on her face as they traveled via floo to the location. Both her parents and her younger sisters had vanished first before Bella followed. Instantly her eyes scanned the room as the two Mother's yammered on and she caught the eye of her future husband.
"Save me," she mouthed with a smirk, before getting pulled into conversation with her future Mother-in-law.
