Regulus had to admit that it did look like a lot of fun, and if he'd been able to do that the last time, he probably would have. "And I like being where you are, too." he smiled as they echoed their conversation earlier. "I am down here, and I can't get up there. Not without a broom, at least. I don't have mine with me, though, or it might have taken us less time to get here. I think. Would you float off of a broom?" Regulus had never really thought about it before, especially when the insects in question weren't even native to Europe, but he supposed he really had a reason now.
It was a really good plan, and it seemed so obvious. Regulus had no idea why he didn't think of it himself, and he was only glad that Florean did, even if he wasn't fully in his right mind. "Alright! Do you think that will be enough to anchor you down?" he asked him as he took the rope and slid down into the floor. He wrapped it several times around the leg of the bed before tying it as tightly as he could.
