Who: Narcissa Black (future Malfoy) and Lucius Malfoy
When: 14 October – Early early morning
Where: Seventh Year Slytherin Boys’ Dorm
What: Lucius misses Narcissa but he doesn’t know it yet.
Rating: Not Work safe!
The party had gone better than Narcissa intended and instead of dipping out so quickly, she did dwell a big longer. Though, eventually she had slipped away from her guests, leaving Lucius in charge. ‘She was feeling a bit faint.’ If anyone asked, though truly she just wanted away from a welcoming party she didn’t agree with to begin.
The sixth year girls’ dorm provided a perfect retreat, Narcissa busied herself with the twenty-four inch paper on peppermint plants: care and uses. Thank goodness for having a bit of school work to finish up, else she may have had to remain downstairs. Truly, she was being silly by avoiding Bellatrix; however, the less they interacted the less they could fight. Sometimes, avoidance was the best solution when compromise did not work.
Hours slipped by and Narcissa, settled down for the night only to decide that Lucius missed her. With a glance around the room, she noticed Cassandra’s empty bed but everyone else seemed to be there. Who knew what bloke her closest friend had ended in the bed of – just hopefully not Evan. Sigh. That wasn’t what she wanted to concern herself with right now though. No, her focus was going to be placed on Lucius. Narcissa hadn’t visited his bed for too long.
Slipping from bed, Narcissa pulled on a full length robe more for the same of appearances than because she felt inappropriate in just a nightgown as that wasn’t the case in the slightest. Making the trek to the seventh year boys’ dorm, she truly wondered if Lucius would ever accomplish visiting her in the middle of the night. Until then, she would just have to visit him. With a quick glance around, she took notice that Cassandra had not been with one of the seventh years, a frown setting on her features just a moment. The chance of her being with Evan was even greater. Oh, when would the girl ever learn?
Narcissa easily found a bit of space next to Lucius, taking a seat beside him. “Lucius.” She whispered softly, shaking him ever so lightly. She had learned down to be closer to his ear, not wanting to wake his dorm mates. “Lucius, wake up.”
