Remus sighed a bit, pushing himself to his feet in his discomfort and moving to pace a bit before settling by the window in their room. He crossed his arms over his chest, looking out the window as he fought the urge to get frustrated with them. This situation was serious and the reason he and James had stayed quiet had not been out of some devious attempt to leave them out.
“The Headmaster required a meeting with us and Arthur, Molly, Alice, and the rest,” he responded, before turning back to them, rather eager to simply get this awkward drama out of the way as easily as possible. “Since you seek bluntness, I’ll oblige. James can probably explain better, but I'll do what I can to get the basic idea across." He sighed a bit. "Dumbledore is forming an army of those of us he feels would be willing to fight against the Dark Lord and his followers. Lily, James, and I were the first recruits, followed by the group that joined us the other night. And you guys are among the third batch.”
