Ted Tonks was in shock. Complete and utter shock. Rylett, who had been like a sister to him, was dead. And Andromeda was still in the Infirmary, with no improvements that he had heard of - which meant she could die. He didn't want to even think it, but it was the truth of the matter, and it made him feel sick, his stomach twisting painfully, and he thought he might just vomit for read.
He could barely process the information, but he knew one thing - he had to get to the Infirmary. So when Sirius had suggested it, he had left his journal behind and gone straight away. He wasn't family to anyone in the Infirmary, and no one who worked there knew he was a loved one, but he didn't care. He was getting in.
He saw Sirius as he walked down the hall, giving him a short nod. "Hey," he murmured, knowing that Sirius would be in a bad state as well, since his brother and cousin were in there, on Death's Door. "Are they letting us in?"
