It was just ever so interesting to hear about other peoples personal problems. The Black family drama was certainly not news to her. Juliette was sure that transgressions from that family had been talked about in one of the many letters her parents sent her on how she really needed to just settle down like a proper pureblood and do what was best for the family. There was a part of her that sympathized with his plight in family life, but sadly for him it was a rather small part. "Well, we certainly can't have that then, can we Mister Black." she replied offhand.
His questioning was amusing to her though. Really one would think he would have a better education on fellow pureblooded families, even if he rejected it. "Tanner is my younger brother, yes." she mused, interlocking her fingers as her lips curled slightly. "I do hope that won't be a problem."
Now statements like that simply caused that lovely sarcastic streak to curl up inside Juliette. Though really it was not as if it had not already been showing. "Not all students have the mental fortitude for such a subject." she mused almost to herself before continuing. "You're a prankster? Now strike me surprised."
