Who: Rabastan Lestrange and Regulus Black When: Friday, February 11. 10:00pm Where: Slytherin dorms What: Pillow talk and Rabastan takes a chance Rating: PG-ish
Rabastan had been deep in thought while he walked his rounds. He wasn't doing much good; a full marching band of monkeys could have walked by and he probably wouldn't have noticed. He and Barty had plans to lash out at Hogwarts on their own, and Rabastan couldn't decide if he wanted to involve Regulus or not. He knew Regulus wasn't comfortable with mass destruction and especially not with murder, even killing animals. But leaving him out entirely wasn't fair either.
Rabastan was eager to be done with rounds. Regulus was in the dorm waiting for him, and Rabastan had every intention of crawling into bed next to the other boy for a good night's sleep. Provided the coast was clear, of course. So he was hurrying a little as he hit the bottom of the dungeon stairs. There were still a few stragglers in the common room, but Rabastan paid them no mind. He took the steps to the dorms two at a time and paused to open the door calmly, as if he hadn't just half run through the corridors.
The room was dark and quiet. Avery and Barty seemed to be asleep; their curtains were closed tightly. Rabastan smiled a little to himself as he peeked into Regulus' bed. Surely the other boy hadn't fallen asleep waiting?
