Who: Mulciber and OPEN When: late evening before curfew... Where: the grounds, very close to the dark forest What: Finding some peace of mind. Rating R for violence and gore
Mulciber had been peculiarly restless that day, the holidays made him a bit anxious and irritated, all the silly carolers and lame decoration didn't help his mood. He wasn't exactly one for festivities and the mere idea of going home for the break made him want to rip someone to pieces. He was trying to behave though, for the sake of his neck. Lucius had been very explicit, if Mulciber didn't follow the rules he'd be killed. Now Mulciber wasn't a life lover, but he was very serious about keeping his head on his place. So when he'd started having the feeling of his blood boiling, heart racing to chase after some inocent mudblood, he'd stormed out and put the most distance between him and any students. Attacking in the great hall was not allowed.
He'd ran off until he was on the borderline of the Dark Forest, despite what most students thought it was his favorite part of the castle. The tall dark trees were always static and majestic, not even the cold winds could inflict movement upon them, the great black monster did not shed a leave not even for the hauling storm. It suited him, he felt safe or as close to safe as he could feel. The calm and perpetual silence of that creepy spot almost lulled him into peace. Leaning against the forest he closed his eyes deeply and breathed in and out. Suddenly he heard steps echoing from afar... At first he thought it was only in his mind, a relfection for the eagerness to attack, but slowly he convinced himself that they were true, and took out his wand.
