Who: Lucius Malfoy and Lucy Ethelbert When: BACKDATED 7 pm, December 15 Where: Charms study classroom A What: Like any good Head Boy, Lucius cares about the moral development of his underclassmen. Rating: PG-13 for blood
Lucius Malfoy was there early. It was socially appropriate to be prompt and there was some setting up to do. He had acquired the classroom and the charge of Miss Ethelbert's detention from her Head of House after some slippery, but all too easy diplomacy. The professors were stretched nearly as thin as the student body, and by and large they weren't even under attack.
Neither was Lucius, though he made sure the self-inflicted bruises on the top of his right hand and neck were readily only just visible to those who were watching him as if they could pretend for a moment to be the predator. The small cut over his left cheekbone was harder to hide, as he wished it to be. After all, he was far too discreet to post publicly regarding his 'dreams'. Actions spoke louder than words, and were often far less openly criticized.
He sat, revising the papers Professor Flitwick had set forth for Lucy to manage while he waited. What might have been difficult work for a fifth year was by no means a taxing travail for the older boy. The Head Boy gave little notice to the tea set, charmed to go about in preparation for what seemed to be a great service. Hopefully, the papers would be nearly finished by the time the detainee arrived.
