You arrive in the lobby of a grand hotel - The Crown Plaza. How you got here is a mystery; perhaps you fell asleep and awoke to find yourself dozing in a comfy chair in the lobby, or perhaps you walked through a door only to find yourself in the lobby. It's really up to you. On your arrival a phone on the check-in desk rings...and rings... and rings, until eventually you pick it up. A polite, but distant, voice welcomes you and asks that you check in using the laptop beside the phone. Once the form is completed you are assigned a room, and at the same moment clocks throughout the hotel begin to chime, signifying your arrival.

Hotel Hell is a panfandom game set in a haunted hotel, The Crown Plaza. It was constructed on a small island off the coast of Scotland and seems to have been refurbished quite recently, however, it is now deserted. Like many ancient buildings, it has been built in many phases, and parts of the hotel are hundreds of years old. Whether it's the building itself that is unlucky, or the island on which it resides, there have been many, many deaths on the site, and, it would seem, their souls don't want to move on.
The Crown Plaza has been destabilized from the universe as you know it by the restless souls that inhabit it. Where, or when, the hotel will travel next is a mystery. The only way to find out for yourself is to book a room and find out for yourself. If you dare. |

For years terror and death plagued the United States. A legion of dark wizards, aligned to the most evil of witches wreaked havoc on their world. Sadistic and ruthless, they ruled the Wizarding community with an iron fist and even struck fear into the hearts of some Muggles. A valiant fight from brave witches and wizards brought about her end but some wait in the shadows for her return.
Ten years later, the death of Lady Nyx and the imprisonment and vanishing of many of her followers is but a history lesson to the students of Hogwarts. The world is finally at peace and a new set of students venture through those hallowed halls. A small group of students begin a glee club and gear up for the new school year, new solos, new relationships and of course, new drama. Can they keep it together long enough to win at Nationals, not to mention the oncoming darkness drawing ever closer.

South Peak National Institution or Supernatural(SPN)High as it's not so affectionally called, is a place where unruly children, teenagers, and adults are sent by either by choice, their parents, or a court of law, to reform and rehabilitate their not so pleasant behaviors.
South Peak is special, taking in only the toughest cases. Weres, Shifters, Vampires, Witches, Gifted Humans and other Supernatural beings are taught to control their instincts and blend in with society. Here a talented staff of teachers, Hunters, and officers provide a safe learning environment for all enrolled. Some have rap sheets a mile long, others have been bitten and turned against their will and some were just born with their gifts. But all have one thing in common, they are all stuck in this secluded reformatory high in the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York. Can they all learn to coexist? No one knows for sure.

It is a story everyone knows very well. It has been told and retold numerous times, sometimes in awe and sometimes in anger. It is the story of Harry Potter and Lord Voldermort. It is difficult, riddled with uncertainty, disappointment and pain. While some feel it is their life others feel that there is more out there than a world full of war and constant struggles. It is those select few that want to change the ending that is being written and forge a new destiny. Collision explores the duality embodied within the universe. On one side there is Lord Voldermort and his supporters and it seems like they have everything they could want; they have control of the Ministry of Magic, they have control of Hogwarts and they are winning the war. They have everything but the elusive Harry Potter, the final piece that would assure them a checkmate over their opponents. Then there is the Order of the Phoenix struggling to overcome the darkness in hopes of creating a more perfect place. A place of equality and hope but they are losing, losing terribly. They know the time has come for one last stand, one last push against their adversary. The time has come to determine once and all win control of the future. Collision is an AU Post-Warts Harry Potter game that is canon up to Trio's Gringotts break-in and runs in real time. It is focused on the War and the struggles between the Order of the Phoenix and the Death Eaters, the fight for the remaining Horcruxes and control over Wizarding society as a whole. |
