"Yes, but the atmosphere is all a part of it! I'd certainly hope that you weren't trying to scare me when you smile at me. As for mealtime...well yeah, that's quite something to see. But when you're in the haunted house, you're there to scare people. You're in your element, as it were." She figured that it'd be something to see. And much more fun than dealing with little kids who asked too many questions or the weirdos who'd stop and stare at her for far longer than truly necessary. "You'll see me in there one of these days. I'd certainly hope I'd be waved inside. Whether it's because I'm pretty or because they're just that freaked out by me."
The ones who got freaked out just didn't understand. And Tom was right, they didn't know what they were missing. "They don't know what they're missing, you're right. And I agree, hiding is a hassle. Which is why I don't bother doing it most of the time. The times when it's worthwhile are an entirely different story."
