"Do you go looking for them?" Yuriko asked, tipping her head at Ciaran as she thought about the vermin that she chased away from the carnival overnight when everyone was asleep, or nearly everyone. The only time the rats were able to run free was on the full moon when Yuriko hid in the trailers of friends (Julian, mostly) and slept underneath the bed because of the werewolves that were around. She found that she felt a lot safer when she was around someone else. Things small and furry do become appetising around the full moon for things that were big and furry and that? That scared her.
She reached out with her comparatively small hands, long thin fingers touching the edges of the saddle, just feeling the material underneath her touch and she leaned a little closer, tail flattening and swaying from side to side to keep her balance as her other hand splayed out on the table to keep her from toppling over.
Brown eyes looked up at Ciaran and she smiled. "Yes, please," she murmured, feeling like she was a child being offered candy or something equally ridiculous. But the idea of getting a ride was cool. "Maybe when you're not too busy." She'd have to work out a way of thanking him for it.
