Even if the Ten Commandments did qualify as a sufficiently secular display (they don't), this part would make this one a no-brainer.
Inscribed at the base was the admonition to "Love God and keep his commandments."
How can anyone say that placing this on government property does not violate the separation of Church and State? I know, they claim no such wall exists.
