I know the temptation :D

Good to know. I just wanted to make sure I had the right idea :D

I think I can use a scene where they drink something for taste... I also have a good idea for sight (the close ups when they first met :D) and I think I'll find something for the rest - and if I have to do it using text.

Now I just need to restart on the other 20in20s... I haven't ever since I decided not to start in the morning before an appointment and never quite got back to it... I've taken notes on what to do, saved screencaps, but I haven't convinced myself to do more than that - CW is holding my attention and I wish I had something to master that takes less than 4 hours so I can check in more often - on the other hand it gives me plenty of time to go and visit all of my 62 neighbours.

I haven't gotten many of mine done this week either. Ian had five days off and we spent the time that he wasn't in class watching TV. :-D On the plus side I've now seen a lot of tv shows. :-D

CW is frustrating me at the moment.

Yay for getting to see lots of tv shows :D

I got a sleeping couch for my student flat. Originally I said that I was fine with just a mattress to be put on the ground, but it's 3 years later now and I'm noticing the effect (aside from the fact that I thought I would quit after getting the Bachelor degree). That had me all excited :D
And the Doctor Who/tv show marathon I had planned with a friend which had to be pushed to Monday :D

It's frustrating me everytime I go visit neighbours as it loads forever and all together, I think I might even be quicker with spicing, eating + posting than it takes to load. Plus, I need at least an hour to go to all the neighbours (and it's actually just 61 - I keep forgetting that I'm part of that list: must be because I'm at the top [and trying to hold a 4-5 level distance to #2... you're #3] :D)

When does school start again for you?

:-D You are in third place on mine and I'm now fifth... but I should be able to surpass the person who is just a head of me in another hour.

Loading takes so long that I get bored and give up after spicing just a few neighbors. :-D

I'm not entirely sure. The website says 27th, but an official schedule I printed last year or so says 20th. Either way, the time table isn't online yet - I expect them to say when the first day of classes is for everybody. They usually do that. - They just posted an official outline for the first week for new students and other information events. (not for my semester though - so it's all regular classes :D) Just no actual time table. I really want to know what to expect time-wise.
I wouldn't mind to start back in now. I'm a bit bored which is probably why I'm not making icons - I'm too bored. The weeks I'd be losing now should be given as more free days during the semester though :D

I guess I'll have to work a bit harder at gaining points :D

I tend to make myself spice until I get to Kristin (10th in my list). I do a full round every couple of days. Sometimes once a week (and probably less sometimes as well). It all depends on long loading takes and if I'm willing to do all of them (which it usually starts out as)

Ian's already into his third week of class lol! :-D

The weeks you are losing now will be added back as you procrastinate on the projects you should be working on to make icons. :-D

The people ahead of you are level 121 and 126. :-D

I try to make myself remember to spice but I get bored easily.

The "fun" part is that we have about 2 month free during summer... but about 2-3 weeks between Winter and Summer semester. And only a couple of days (mostly national/regional holidays) and a week or two for Christmas (depending on the weekdays the Christmas holidays are on I guess).

Most probably - but I plan on being more diligent than last year. I finished my Bachelor degree with 77% (not sure what the number behind the dot was :D) while I'm currently standing at 82% (unless I miscalculated). (At my university 76% = 2.5 when it comes to grades which was also the cut-off point for getting into the Master course) (more on grading/wiki)

The thing that tends to motivate me to spice is that I know I can make about 10,000 points if I spice/eat at all of them as possible. That's 1/3 needed for the next level. Certainly a good incentive :D

Here classes usually start in the middle of August with various national holidays, a break for thanksgiving, and the last days of the semester near the thirteenth or the fourteenth. The new term starts the first week of January. :-D

Congrats on getting into the Master's program!

We have to have a 3.0 in the required classes in order to get into the program for computers. (Our 3.0 anyways... from the look of it a 3.0 is bad in your system?) I have to make 3.0 in Math courses I may never survive the pressure I'm putting on myself.

the "real" university starts a bit later even. I'm "only" attending a university of applied sciences which tends to start earlier. When it comes to normal schools (e.g. high school) they tend to start mid/ end of August as well.
The German school system can be very complicated - and not every way allows you to study at a university directly (apparently there are other ways to do so - but I took a rather direct path).

It's pretty much put in reverse with a 1.0 being the best grade and 4.0 the last passing grade. It sure makes talking about grades difficult when different countries are involved :D
If I go by the wiki link it can't even be that easily converted on top of that. And a 3.0 isn't necessarily bad - it's actually average. A 2.0 is considered good (and slightly above average) while 1.0 is very good (and it just made me think of Acceptable, Exceeds Expectations and Outstanding for Harry Potter ;D)
