[21 Aug 2009|12:25pm] This girl's been around for quite some time so I figured its time to throw another one of these up and her last sl post was back in November so I certainly won't go back and attempt to find that. Ava's 18, originally from Savannah, Georgia and currently residing in New York City where she is expected to attend Columbia but at the moment she's questioning everything and despite the fact that she had her life mapped out since she was 12 that is also one of the things she's no longer sure about. She has a twin brother, Jamison (jamr) who's no longer in the game but nevertheless the most important person in her life. She's hard-headed, has been told on more than one occasion that people are intimidated to talk to her, she's extremely uptight when she wants to be and I'm almost certain people think she's a massive ice queen but I swear she has a perfectly valid explanation for that. She is quite nice though and polite more times than not, her only issues are when she thinks people are absolute morons (and the fact that she hates humanity as a whole with a few exceptions may not help matters but she'll never be outright rude unless given a reason.) She's a massive sci-fi geek, her first loves are Astronomy, Physics and Michio Kaku followed closely by shoes, Doctor Who, Otis Redding, Muse, McFly, Jonathan Safran Foer and Amos Lee. She did play soccer while attending tegesta high, these days she just watches obsessively and shouts at the television, she'll eventually become a regular at Nevada Smith's a footie pub in New York City, she stalks museums and tends to go back day after day and sit in front of one piece before deciding she doesn't like them, she speaks Spanish fluently and is in the process of learning French after pretty much falling in love with Paris over the summer. She adores her cheekbone twin katlova and considers her one of her best friends at the moment, domd is her little sir and she wants him to remain adorable and sweet for ever, she dated loganboyd and as of right now they're friends... or attempting to be friends, things between her and oriley were a bit complicated for a while but she has since “uncomplicated” them and kind of hates herself for it, nate is the Doctor to her wickedly awesome companion (no Martha Jones, please she was whiney!), sjones and her share a love of all things Mcfly and she intends to drag her around to stalk Muse in NYC next month! If I'm forgetting anyone please forgive me! I'll take anything anyone's willing to give me, but I'm definitely eyeing all of the folks who'll be residing in NYC and demanding they collide at least once in the subway, in museums, the planetarium, central park, chelsea pier, the cloisters... whatever! 43 comments|post comment

longer than anticipated [21 Aug 2009|03:27pm] Okay, so! She's almost all applied and, try as hard as I may, I can't delay this any longer. Bear with me, though, since I'm a little sl plea challenged. This is Remy St. Girard, she graduated from Tegesta with the class of 2008 and currently lives in New York City, where she's about to enter her sophomore year at Columbia Univeristy. She's 18-almost-19 and a year ahead of everyone her age because she skipped kindgarten or some other elementary grade or some shit. She's lived in Key West her whole life with her two older siblings and parents who are both doctors. Remy grew up wealthy and spoiled, and because of that she now has a very wrong, very off colored sense of reality. She's a bright kid and she hits the nail on the head most of the times, but because of how sheltered she was she's still a little clueless as to the bigger picture. As far as her personality goes, she's hot and cold the same as everyone else, she's a friendly person for the most part but she has her fair share of douchebag days. She's energetic and childlike in the sense that she has a penchant for mischief and trouble and is often times in hot water. She'll try almost anything once and is usually up for a challenge. She's also a bit flakey with her hobbies and preferences, a prime example of that being that she changed her major at least four times her freshman year. The lines I have for her so far are that she's best friends and partners in crime with jaxsyen, and has been so since the beginning of high school. Consequently, she also knows feisz. I'd love to get friends she has in Key West, New York, or anywhere for that matter. Old neighbors, kids she knew through high school tutoring, and, I know this is a longshot, but a roommate up in NYC? I'll be happy with anything you throw my way. 51 comments|post comment
