Yep, I’m doing it too. I’m re-introducing Adalyn Johansson-Dean to the game for a couple reasons. The first being that although I commented many of the storyline pleas from new members, I forgot the lines I had with more than half of them. I know, it’s awful of me and I really should keep a storyline log or something to keep from forgetting. Apologies! Secondly, I want to get in touch with old members that haven’t interacted with this girlie. There’s plenty of you, and to keep from embarrassing myself and listing names, I’d love random IMing for Adalyn and new people for storyline ideas. Thirdly, because of all of the drama (oh, the drama!) she has gotten really disconnected from the people she used to talk to. So, please comment if your character feels abandoned by her or if you just want random IMs. I try not to be too AIM-shy but I think everyone suffers from it to some extent.
Anyways, Adalyn Johansson-Dean. She’s seventeen, she turned that age mid-August so she is still one of the babies, and she is a senior at Tegesta High. Her best friends are ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) marilon, xor, lorenz, dalton, and jayc. But during the times of drama she got close to lucase, her platonic soulmate, and charllotte, the Charlotte York to her Carrie Bradshaw, and she calls them her best friends, too. gainsworth is the love of her life, too, but in the most platonic of ways. She also knows his big secret about his sexuality and refers to him almost exclusively as 'Boyfriend.' As far as her personality goes, she is usually a spitfire. She's a guy's girl to the extreme and almost exclusively talks to males with a few exceptions. She is a vegetarian, an activist for human rights, volunteers in her free time, and although she has been consumed with drama lately, she's typically the kind of person who goes out of her way to make everyone else happy. This was one of the big reasons for all the drama! Her favorite musical artists are ABBA (please, make fun of her for it!) and Duffy. She also has an unnatural obsession with all things relating to Paul Rudd.
She is active in several school activities. She is the co-captain for the volleyball and soccer teams, though soccer is her big passion. It’s her favorite sport, by far, and she spends hours on the beach kicking the ball around. She is also on the tennis team in the spring but she holds no leadership responsibilities for that sport. Activity wise she is in the GSA, Amnesty International, Newspaper, National Honor Society, and Student Council. Why yes, Adalyn is an overachiever. She pushes herself past her limits more often than anyone ever should and that leads her into trouble. But other characters involved with these programs / sports who she doesn’t speak with yet, I’d love to work something out!
Her other major lines are as follows; she has had a puppy love crush on paustin from the beginning of the school year and for that reason (and others!) she is hated by tahli and sjones who want her to play in traffic. She does have a new flirtation with jacquilene, though! Her exes are dylaan (so, so, so much drama) and wvanhorn (though they're no longer in the game.) She had difficulties with mcknzie for a laundry list of reasons including Ada 'stealing' Kenzie's boyfriend. However, now they're back to being on good terms. Her other close friends include nchase, nodnarb, jcnda, shyloh (say hi to your mother for me~), raleighm, etc. For a blast from the past, click here, and as long as this is and although I've probably scared everyone new away by mentioning that she's had a ton of drama, I'd love to rekindle old lines, communicate with old members about establishing lines, and getting to talk with new members about potential/existing lines! So, please, hit me with your best shot because I rarely turn away storylines!
