This is Ruby Messick, played by the ever amazing Amanda Bynes. She is a miracle worker in the sense that she keeps ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) marilon from failing math. Just kidding. She is a senior and looking forward to graduating so she can get out on her own. Her mother runs a daycare from their home and most of the kids, including Ruby's little brother, are terrors. Think the kindergarteners from Recess. Ruby's father is a suspense/horror writer who is taking some time off after having surgery for a brain tumor this past summer. She doesn't really talk about it, but she's secretly scared to death that he's going to get sick again. Personality-wise, she's a big goofball. She's very friendly and affectionate. Her favorite thing in the world is to cuddle. She tends to randomly serenade people via ims, mostly with jonas brothers lyrics. She has a sugar fixation so the quickest way to get her to do what you want is to give her candy. Or pizza. She is like a non-pregnant pregnant woman in the sense that she has bizarre cravings at all hours of the night. She does have one major flaw and that's when it comes to the romance department. She wants what she wants at all the wrong times. She was head over heels for ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) darin while he was with another girl. They dated for a while after darin and his gf broke up but then Ruby developed feelings for Darin's best friend, tidrick, and decided that it was wrong to stay with Darin while she was so conflicted with her feelings, so she called it quits. But she and Xander decided that neither of them wanted to hurt Darin so they put their feelings behind them, even though they are totally still in love with each other. With that said, give me something!

before i get too tired to type this coherently, let me introduce erika mismas (pronounced miss-miss), neurotic perfectionist extraordinaire, community service aficionado, and competitive as all get out when it comes to academics. at least that's how she comes off. the truth is that she's probably the sweetest girl ever who really only wants to escape her life by throwing herself into too many things. she's way too smart for her own good and has picked up the bad habit of telling people what they want to hear just so they don't ask too many questions. when it comes to her home life, i'm still working out the details, but whatever i decide, it won't be pretty. there'll be a reason behind why she's secretly not planning on attending college and just wants to move far, far away after high school.
she's been around since birth, so friends, people she's pissed off, people who just plain hate her, her one boyfriend in first grade, study buddies, and maybe 1.5 people who know what her life at home/she is really like. anything really. oh, and whomever's up for valedictorian better look out. she's gunning for that spot atm!

This is Reigh Coffman, played by Elisha Cuthbert. She is fresh and new to the Tegesta faculty as a teacher for Algebra I & II, Calculus, AP Calculus and Graphic Design. During the Winter Sports season she is the coach for the Womens Soccer team. This is her first year teaching high school students as her first job was a substitute Math teacher for eight graders. Reigh originally wanted to be a heart surgeon when she went away to college but after half a semester she knew she was wayyy in over her head so she went to what she knew came naturally, math! She may be young but she doesn't slack off when it comes to her work. Reigh was born and raised in California (Laguna Beach) where her father works in real estate. Her mother passed away while waiting for a heart transplant when she was 16. She has a twin brother with whom she is close to but resides back in Laguna Beach. She comes with a fiance, Joshaua Molenari (who will be here soon), expecting her first child and she couldn't be happier. Like I said she is excited for the opportunity that has been given to her but she likes to work.
With it being in the early morning hours for me I haven't given much thought to story line construction. So the typical pleas apply: friends, enemies, students whom hate or love her, anything else. Either a comment can be left or you can IM me at 'do reigh mi' for brainstorming.

Since i just applied Darryl here, I figured it'd be time to throw him out there for more lines, especially since I see a lot of other people in the storyline community and while i'd love to ho back and comment everyone...I've been at work since 5 Am my brain is pooped. With that said, on to his actual ad, since i noticed that the first one wasn't too much of an ad post.
His name is Darryl Duvall, he is best friends forever with darin, andriah and jaclyyn. The three of them are inseparable. Four, make that four. Proof that I am not of stable mind. He is on the football and basketball teams, as well as track and field. He is a excellent student, in almost all honors classes. Probably one of the most down to earth, nicest guys on the planet. He is all for making new friends, of course. His other bff is none other then sjones, whom he'd be pretty lost without. Anything and everything you could ever want to know about Darryl, you can simply find in his bio which is already made public in his journal. I'd love to work out any kind of line with everyone or at least as many people as would want a line with him, no matter how big or small. Okay, I need a shower now.

So, I'm back with gwendolyn here, but I've changed her up a bit. She's now the lovely Mila Kunis, and she's 25, and still the AP English teacher for the seniors, but also the Journalism teacher, and the English IV honors teacher.
I'm going to try to summarize her since I know how much it blows to read eighteen paragraphs in one of these posts. Like I said, she's 25. She was born in New York, but moved to Key West when she was five (just after her father died), she was practically rasied by woody, her brother, and she was wicked smart as a kid, so she skipped grades, and ended up graduating from Tegesta High at 16. And so she wound up in New York, and she went to Juilliard for an entire year before she realized that it wasn't her only passion anymore, and she switched to NYU to do English, and Dramatic Lit. She did grad school up there, and came back last year to teach at Tegesta. And here she is.
She's also the faculty adviser for the school newspaper, so if you work on that, she knows you. She's really laid back, and she's the fun teacher that pretty much lets her students do whatever (within reason), and she's the one the kids would probably come to talk to since she's close to their age. She used to baby sit marilon, and also lives across the street from oshea, if you've got a line with them, then she'd probably know you. But I've got a couple of storylines in mind, and I'm open to everything, so drop me a line!

Hello good people of tegesta! So I couldn't help myself, and I decided to bring in a teacher (providing I get accepted, of course) and I've just applied him.
So this is Oliver Callahan of Boston. I'm saying he's been teaching/coaching at Tegesta for about five years. He is the basketball and baseball coach (he has to stay active in both seasons or he'd go nuts) as well as the weight training & auto shop teacher. His full bio and all that good stuff is in his journal, but he's pretty open for just about everything! Throw anything/everything you want at him!

Hey guys, I want to bring in this Cassie Steele. This is Al Corales, a Key West native who spent a year or so of her time in Los Angeles, living with her Father. She's a nice girl, tries not to start or be involved in any drama but thanks to her good friend, kailan, that isn't always easy. She spends her free time working on little films that have garnered her attention on youtube but not much else. She's like Tegesta's very own Silver, minus the mean video blogs. And she is obsessed with Seth Rogen and Jason Segel. There's some facts and her schedule in her journal, so please check them out! If I can think of anything else I will add it asap.

Hola. I'm bringing in this T.I. pb ( excuse the journal, it's still under construction. ) His name is Kyjuan Berrios and he's originally from Atlanta but has relocated. He's one of those... hard on the outside, a little bruised on the inside but generally a very good guy. He has trust issues but happens to be academically gifted. He plays baseball and basketball, but all the small details I am ironing out. If you'd like to see his first entry, just ask and I'll add you. I'm open to any storylines and if you need me to sign on, I can do that as well.

This is Bayleigh Burton, Arlington Texas native who moved here during her freshman year of high school. She considers herself the unoffical song bird of Tegesta and is either writing a song about your drama and posting it on YouTube or is writing the music for drama club's production of whatever. Really, music and poetry are the only two things she's good at and has a rough time getting by in school otherwise. She still doesn't know why she'll ever use calculus and if you can teach her to do the fancy poses in yoga you'll be her best friend. She's the girl who likes to bring tins of cookies and brownies and whatnot to you during lunch but they aren't those kind of brownies if you know what I mean. Being a certified good girl probably hasn't gotten her very far with the popular kids and even less far with boys. She's only had one serious boyfriend (and if anyone wants to fill this let me know) and that ended as quickly as it began in her opinion. She loves old school kids television from Hey Dude to Salute Your Shorts to Fraggle Rock. Her personality is rather bubbly and she's a lover not a fighter...except for that one and only time. OH! And she wants to be a forensic scientist a la a CSI-er so she's into all that gross stuff.
As far as storylines go, I'd like that boyriend she had who was her only high school relationship. A best girlfriend that really took her under her wing (or this can be a group of people) when she first came to town. I'm sure someone would tease her about being a hick or something, so an enemy would be fun to actually play out. People she bakes for, people who watches marathons of old school nick with her. I'll take whatever and you can just comment and we'll try to come up with something. So much for keeping this short, huh?

Meet Addey Jo Roberts. EIGHTEEN and a SENIOR. Full of school spirit but it comes with a heavy dose of sarcasm. All about telling you how she feels - she can come off as a huge bitch. She tries to consider other people before herself well their feelings any way. She is a big fan of having a good time and will do just about any thing to have it. She is a cheerleader. She is very bright but she just maintains her C to stay on the squad. Her real goal in life - up to this point - is to be a college cheerleader. She trains rigorously in gymnastics outside of school to do so. Her half-sister is tinnley and they're pretty okay. She needs everything! so please, please, please, DO NOT HESITATE!

I haven't written her bio yet, I will probably finish it tomorrow but this is Stephany Chambers, pb Carlson Young. She is a senior and will be 19 years of age this December. Her and her father moved to Key West when in 2002 from Queensland, Australia, about 3 years after her mother died of breast cancer. Stephany is a bit of an airhead and definitely more book smart than street smart. English is the only school subject she's ever really excelled in and she has had a math tutor since 6th grade. She has always been a performer and trying to grab the spotlight which occasionally comes off as cocky. She is in the sign language club as well as choir and the dance team. Personality wise, asides from ditzy and slightly cocky, she doesn't necessarily go out of her way to be nice to people and is more comfortable sticking with her own 'clique'. She has a reputation for being easy that she is completely unaware of even though it is rather true.Like I said, I will have her bio up shortly but as for now, I'd love any sort of storylines!
