This is Kolton Whittaker, he is twenty-eight years old, and a new Forensics and European History teacher this year, he is also the Yearbook adviser and assistant football coach. He grew up in Key West, meaning he went to school at Tegesta, and he also received his BA from the University of Florida in June 2004, at the age of 24, immediately following that, he married his high school sweet heart and then left for Marine basic training in July. Um, he was a Counter Intelligence Specialist, and he spent a year in Iraq in 2005 and again in 2007. He has a two year old son named Jayden whom whom lives with him, except for every other weekend when his ex wife has him, though that probably isn't all that important. In 2007, shortly before he left, a divorce between he and his wife began, and he was sent Germany where he spent two months training before heading to Iraq for the second time. It was at this point when he met the love of his life and current girl friend, ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) melana, she got pregnant, and they are now the proud parents of a seven month old little girl named Abigail, or Abby for short. He returned to the states from his second deployment six months ago and managed to secure his teaching job. He is off active duty, and is now a member of the Marine Forces Reserve, in the Individual Reserve, meaning that he'll only be called upon to serve in the case of an emergency. His war buddy and good friend is abrahams.
As far as personality goes he is one of those guys that wears his feelings right on his sleeve, so if he's in a good mood you know, and likewise with a bad mood. He is a very playful person, though he has a somewhat bizarre sense of humor and often finds things more amusing than a person ever should. He is something of a prankster as both his students and co workers will definitely find out! And he is a very hands on kind of teacher Um, he tends to be an impulsive person. If he decides he wants to do something, he’ll do it. However, one of his problems is that he is not one of these people that can keep his temper in check. Something pisses him off and he will fly of the handle. Impressively so. He flies into a rage at the drop of a hat and anyone and everyone in the vicinity will know about it. When truly pissed off he’s more likely to hit a wall, which will account for the numerous scars he has across his knuckles. However, the one time he is able to keep his temper in check is with Melania, his two children, and while at work, as he'd never want to hurt or even scare his family, and losing his job over his temper just isn't worth it, but everyone else beware, though it is important to note that it takes quite a lot to actually piss him off especially to this point. Other than that, I guess the only thing to know is that he and Mel are often found flirting casually and just generally being cute, while keeping it work appropriate. Um, i'd love friends, people who dislike his humor, a teachers aide, maybe a sibling, etc...

I'm going to be heading out for a bit tonight but I wanted to get this done before I forget it and then come in with no lines. So anyway this is Melania, played by Rachel McAdams. She's a twenty-eight-year-old first year teacher her. She's teaching French 3 and 4. I don't have much on her other than she's a native to Key West and she'd the twin(?) to abrahams. She attended school here at Tegesta when she was in high school, got accepted to a college (where I'm unsure yet) where she studied Italian and French. After leaning more toward French then anything, she decided to go with that instead of Italian. She got her masters at the age of 26 then went to France for about a year to study a bit more. While touring Europe, she landed in Germany where she had a fling with kolton, only to get pregnant by him. Needless to say they still kept in touch during this time and she headed back to Key West to be close to her family.
Now she's entering her first year of teaching and yeah she's a little nervous. Though she's pretty laid back and is always trying to get her students excited about what she's going to be teaching. Since Kolton is the advisor of the yearbook club, she's often in there if she isn't with her French club members. Hm, she has a seven month old daughter, Abby, she lives with Kolton and is the sister to Jack. Other than that I need tons of lines. Maybe even a few TAs would be good too!

I'm bringing Elijah in as the Latin II teacher and the adviser for the GSA. I've written his bio, but I can write things in easily, friends, people he's taken on dates. I'll fill storylines, just let me know what you need! He's an only child who lives with his mom, but there's opportunities for cousins (and even a half sibling he doesn't know about, as he doesn't know his father, he's just written in as a 'Hawaiian bartender'.) This is his second year teaching, so pupils he's taught, people he knows from the GSA, friends in the faculty.
