Theo had spent most of the morning running errands. He had things to do and buy and it also helped him keep his mind busy, especially ever since the future kids started to show up and one Anaïs Nott turned out to be his and Lavender’s child. Even though he had gotten used to the idea of having a child and enjoyed Anaïs’ company, there was the issue of his feelings for Lavender.
He walked out of Everything Pet’s after getting food and new toys for the cats, since it was Christmas and all. He didn’t really celebrate it, but Anaïs had insisted they at least put up a small Christmas tree and exchanged gifts -- if she was still around for Christmas, that is. He paused for a moment to adjust the bags and when he took a step forward, he found himself stuck in place. “What the-” he muttered. He tried to move a couple of times again until a man pointed at something above his head. Theo looked up and groaned. Mistletoe. “Great,” he groaned.
