He should ask to be switched to a different room. It felt intrusive for him to just be dropped into sharing a space with someone who hadn't even been asked. The redhead, Rogue, didn't look worried about it but he could sense that she wasn't pleased about this new living arrangement either. But even if this was a big problem, who was there to actually go to that could change it? He'd yet to meet any real hotel staff. Ghosts didn't count if they were a thing here.
Maybe that was rude of him. What if the ghosts were the only ones keeping this place afloat? Was there then a Boss Ghost? Did he have to go through some kind of weird trial by fire where he had to find the big cheese responsible for all of this like a first-gen console game?
"I haven't been to the basement. This place is bigger than I thought. Not that I thought much about this place or even knew it existed before today." But everyone here was acting like this was normal. He shrugged. "Maybe I'll have to go take a peek down there. My hair is getting a little long anyway."
He wondered how long Rogue had been here when she asked what he'd seen. "A couple hours ago. Seen the bar. The pool. I spotted a game room. I passed the kitchen but I haven't gone inside."
