Clark wasn't sure what to make of that, but he supposed it could be that no one else had seen it coming the way they had. They'd had nearly no warning on Argos before the anti-matter had consumed the city, it could have been the same for others who got no warning at all before their worlds were gone.
Ghosts was something else entirely, he didn't know what to think of that, and that Stiles was so open about them as just a fact rather than the more familiar sort of story that so many people tended to make them out to be back home. "I will have to keep an eye out for them." He said then, interested but not sure what to make it it entirely.
"I guess it kind of does," He agreed, so much of his life could have been pulled from a comic book story, but he was living it so it was very much real rather than a story you could count on to end well for everyone at the end of the day. But he hoped it would. "It would be very bad for us if it did." He had a feeling it would mean that the Paragons had failed in their mission if the anti-matter reached this place.
"Oh," Clark shook his head like he was only just remembering the key in his hand, "Right, no, I haven't had the chance yet, I was still getting my bearings when you showed up." He admitted, roommates and everything else were all just filtering in to his awareness now. "I guess I should check and see if I do then." He hadn't had a roommate since.... well since he'd lived with his parents? Lois didn't count because she'd murder him if she ever heard he'd called her his roommate. So he guessed he'd never had a roommate, that would be a new and interesting development.
