Jinn said nothing. He had noticed the shadow and heard Eddie's impressions of how it was misbehaving. But he could no more help with that than he could help with the symbols on Audrey and Eddie's walls, or the whispers outside the door, or Eddie's lost hours.
As much as it galled him to be of no use, he had promised to be present, if only for moral support. He had also promised Eddie that he would intervene if needed. He didn't think that likely. J'mon's choice to reveal their true nature to Eddie bode well. Jinn leaned a shoulder against the wall and settled in to observe.
