WHO: Thierry and Bart WHEN: October 10; Late Afternoon/Evening WHERE: Their room/unit thing. WHAT: Hermits! RATING: Low. STATUS: Closed/Ongoing
Despite it being a Saturday, Thierry wasn't scheduled to work for once. It wasn't as if he really minded working, he actually enjoyed it, but he wasn't sure every time he went to work how much longer it would actually last. He talked a big game when he was behind a computer screen, but in reality, he was pretty much a nervous wreck every time he left the room. It always made him wonder if he and Bart were really any good at being hermits. They didn't stay in their room nearly as much as they joked, and he was beginning to feel the itch to leave more than he had in the beginning. It was a selfish desire, of course. He should have just stuck to his guns like he'd planned originally, but it was proving more difficult than he'd thought. Thierry actually liked people, most of them, as a general rule. Here at Crestwood there were even a few that he found himself forming actual friendship with. He knew he should back off, as he normally did at this point, but it was getting harder with each passing day.
Staying friends with them meant he was every bit the monster he'd always thought he was.
He'd pushed those self-deprecating thoughts aside for the day, however. Thierry enjoyed lazing around like any other young adult male, which was exactly what he'd planned for this rare day off. Bart wasn't around yet, though it likely wouldn't be long before he returned. Hopefully. They joked, but it was actually kind of fun having him around. Thierry liked knowing someone else felt just as awkward at times as he did.
