WHO: Quinn and Autumn Harlan WHEN: Saturday, October 10; Morning WHERE: Autumn's room first then who knows! WHAT: Cousin time! RATING: Low STATUS: Closed/Ongoing
Quinn was one of those annoying people who could be considered a morning person and a night person. She could be perky and energetic right out of bed, yet still somehow stay up until the wee hours gaming if she wanted. It was a great mystery of life to those who knew her, and often a source of frustration when she decided to pay them a surprise visit; especially when that visit was before 11am on a Saturday.
Truth be told, Quinn wasn't thinking about the time or if her cousin would be as ready to go as she was. All she thought about was how much they needed to spend some time together before the older Harlan literally exploded with anticipation. Their families were close, it wasn't like she hadn't seen her for years, but Quinn didn't care how long it had been. Growing up with only brothers, she had come to think of Autumn and Willow as her own long-wished-for sisters. This was exactly why, even though it was possibly an ungodly hour, Quinn came prepared. She had a bag full of goodies from Heaven and Bagels, including coffee just the way Autumn liked it.
While back home she might have just phased right through the door, she reminded herself that Crestwood wasn't just her and her cousin's home. There were other people who could be roaming around the unit who wouldn't appreciate a random girl just appearing in their living room. With a resigned sigh at the thought of having to wait, her courtesy took over and caused her to knock first. Hopefully someone would hear it and she wouldn't be outside for long. It wasn't that early, after all.
