Cloud Strife, Relationships.

Family
Zack Fair- Fiance. Started off as friends, but after a while they developed feelings for each other. They've been together for nearly three years now and have been through hell and back again. They're both kind of dorky and good people, though Cloud's a lot more willing to be less of a hero than Zack is if it comes to it. Cloud doesn't put Zack on a pedestal anymore, but he still respects him a lot. Their main problems right now lie in time given that they both have jobs and are trying to pay for their schooling themselves.

Ion Fair- Zack's adopted son. Cloud loves this kid like he was family, but since he and Zack aren't married he isn't technically anything more than really good friends. Ion's probably the only person Cloud feels comfortable with hugging frequently outside of Zack-- though it took some time getting used to, since Ion learned his affectionate gestures from Eiji Kikumaru, a boy who has no concept of personal space. Cloud doesn't mind, of course, but Ion still takes him by surprise sometimes.

Kadaj Espere- Not really related, but Kadaj calls him brother and Kadaj is kind of his... from another mother, so to speak. They argue enough to be practically brothers, but they'd both risk their lives to save each other... if they're not trying to kill each other, that is.

Mama Strife- Deceased. Raised Cloud herself and Cloud is fond of her, despite her almost overbearingly caring nature. Cloud's a bit of a mother-hen despite himself because of her influence.

Papa Strife- Unknown. Assumed to be deceased.

Friends

Shusuke Fuji- Best friend. He can talk about pretty much anything to Fuji... and usually be talked into doing just about anything by Fuji. He's not actually aware that "Fuji" isn't his first name though.

Lelouch Lamperouge- They're friends, but not particularly close. Lelouch and he tend to come up with some strange ideas and Cloud trusts him whether he should or not. Cloud's unaware that Lelouch placed a Geass on him to follow any order he gives in the future if Lelouch deems it necessary. Lelouch has not yet used this Geass, though Cloud is aware of Lelouch's ability to use a Geass and did, in fact, request of Lelouch to Geass him... though that was so that Sephiroth couldn't control him, not what Lelouch actually used it for.

Suzaku Kururugi- Good friends. Though he doesn't talk with Suzaku incredibly often, he feels a bit closer to him than he does with Lelouch even if he thinks some of Suzaku's decisions aren't the best. Cloud's very forgiving though and he understands that Suzaku just wants what's best for his friends. Plus, Suzaku understands his love of dorky things like goggles and goofy glasses. Though they're not aware of how dorky/goofy they look.

Aerith Gainsborough- Cloud's only spoken with Aerith a few times, but they get along pretty well and he thinks she's fairly sweet. Not a lot of girls come talk to Cloud and Aerith is the first one that actually... acts like a girl.

Squall Leonhart- Cloud and Squall are off to a rocky restart. Squall doesn't remember their first meeting with him as "Leon" so Cloud differentiates them as though they are completely different people, but given both of their assholish tendencies at times, it's difficult for them to communicate at times. That is, until they started texting each other. Cloud has a theory that's he might be the best at communicating with Squall because they're both a lot better at typing about what they want to say than saying it.

Lightning Farron- Cloud's fairly certain half of the school is convinced they're related, but they're not. They do get along pretty well though, despite some strange similarities both in looks and personalities. Most people agree that Lightning is the manlier of the two of them, but Cloud has no problem with not stopping Lightning from punching whoever brings it up.

Acquaintances
Sora Hamasaki- Cloud only recently met Sora, but he seems like a good kid so Cloud wouldn't mind talking to him again if they run into each other. Plus, they both think Fenrir is awesome.

Makoto Kino- They met once, but he doesn't really know that. He only saw Sailor Jupiter and hasn't really seen her around besides that.

Peter Petrelli- Cloud knows that he's a nurse and theorizes he might secretly be evil, but that's based mostly on the previous medical/science staff at PLC all being evil. It was emphasized by the sudden memory loss during the school festival in 2010 when Lelouch and Cloud managed to trace it back to him. Their investigation of Peter seemed to end in Peter thinking that they needed to go get a room after multiple failed attempts at stealthy cover stories ranging from Lelouch being sick (debunked by Peter having heard them whispering before they came out) and claiming Lelouch had a crush on Peter and that Cloud was there to be his emotional support (debunked by Peter being involved with Harumi and knowing full well that Lelouch and Suzaku have a ~thang~). Cloud's pretty sure Peter thinks they're both crazy.

Arthur- Cloud hasn't had a lot of interaction with Arthur, but he knows he's Suzaku's cat and he's run into Arthur once or twice.

Other
Ciel Phantomhive- They've been roommates more than once and Cloud seems to be the only one who can get away with lecturing Ciel and actually get what he wants. Unfortunately, most of their conversations deal with attempting to stop Cloud's pet cat and Ciel from killing each other. They're not friends, but they've dealt with each other more than enough to be considered more than acquaintances.

Boko- Cloud's pet Maine Coon. He found Boko during a fire in the dorm. Boko was scared of fire and wouldn't move, so Cloud carried him out despite not having mako strength at the time and Boko being the largest house cat he'd ever seen. Because no students claimed Boko despite Cloud's attempt to find the owner, he took Boko in. Boko sleeps on Cloud's bed if Cloud's sleeping in it, but otherwise will claim the space under the bed as his own. Boko and Ciel tend to have minor wars that Cloud often has to step in and stop.

Lily- Zack's pet dog. Cloud and Lily get along pretty well. Cloud kind of thinks that Lily is Zack's female counterpart if Zack actually were a puppy.

Nanaki- Kadaj's pet dog. Cloud ends up watching him fairly often-- whenever Kadaj has a crisis of some kind, usually.
