Doctor House,

I have heard nothing but good things about you. Isabel has told me that you're the greatest diagnostician of your time. And I know that she is not prone to exaggerate. I am asking you to please come help my daughter-in-law. I'm not going to beg you. I'm not going to threaten you with some kind of bodily harm. I am simply hoping to appeal to your sense of decency has a human being. Please do not make my grandson grow up without his mother.

I'm sure, given enough time, the other doctors on this island could probably figure out what's wrong. One of them even works with you, I believe. The problem is, they don't have enough time. Applejack is dying and it could be too late before they determine the cause. It is your right to refuse to help, but it is my right as her family to ask you to.
