So I was wondering.....what doors are still available to go through? I would like to set up a family vacation. Where would be a good place to go?

Ther'es Egypt in the 1800s and Brooklyn in the 1920's. I'd suggest Brooklyn

Oh Brooklyn actually sounds really nice and everything. Although I am curious about Egypt as well. I guess I'll just have to ask Quinn and Sophie than on where they would like to go so that I'm not the only one deciding.

I think it depends on the ages of everyone in your family. Brooklyn was definitely easier with my little girl. But I think Egypt would make a fascinating trip for adults.

Really, Doctor Cuddy? I mean... I think Bumby handled the idea of Egypt rather well, rather....! Of course, his father was always dragging him all over the globe, before this island even took them.... Heh!

Yes, really. I associate the pyramids and tombs with Egypt; that's not the easiest for little legs. Cairo is practically a maze to a child; she could get lost very easily there. And for a child that's used to cars and planes, travelling by boat or train would make for a long trip. Brooklyn was much easier, especially with places specifically designed for children, such as the children's museum. Of course it would be different for a child with more experience travelling, but I was referring to my own child's experience.

Aww...! I'm awfully sorry, Dr Cuddy... I didn't mean to imply anything was wrong about your child's experiences, really! I mean - I think I was just surprised at the idea of the pyramids being such a horrible place for ickle little kids, rather...!

I never said it was a horrible place. I simply said that Brooklyn was easier for my child.

Well, our daughter is about our age. So she's a teenager. Both sound like lovely places to go though.

Ah, then I would recommend Egypt. There's so much history there.

Well, my friend..errr...girlfriend and then our teenage daughter from the future is here. I wish my immediate family were here though. Miss my dads terribly.

You have a girlfriend and a teenage daughter? I am not sure I understand.

My life is so complicated at the moment. When I was brought here, my boyfriend asked me to marry him, never got a chance to answer him. Wanted him here, but instead, after a teenager by the name of Sophia showed up here and said that me and my friend Quinn were her mothers, I started to have feelings for Quinn. We're just dating, but our teenage daughter is still here. So I guess that only means that we end up together in the end.

Wow, that is a lot of information to get in 30 seconds. I am happy for you, though, if it's what you want.
