Dearest Art,

I have a little guest staying with me for a while. I just picked up Charlie Barton from Miss Peggy. I'm not sure how long he will be staying. I thought I would only be watching him a few days, but it seems it will be longer than that. I'd like you to meet him, when you can. He's a little darling.

I've also missed you. I know it has only been two days but I haven't stopped thinking of you. Maybe I could come over, if that's quite alright? You're always welcome here.

I'm sorry. I volunteered earlier in the day before you..came over. I didn't know he had agreed until after. I'm so sorry, Art. I'll understand if you change your mind of me. I just couldn't say no. Clint didn't want Charlie, he doesn't want to be a father. I do not wish to be a mother, not yet, but Charlie needed someone and...I confess I am weak to giving myself unto things. Back home I am the element of generosity despite my obsessive need to be glamorous and in the spotlight.
