Dr. Banner,

Though I am a man of formalities, I believe situations such as these on this Island lack the time for formalities.

I am Dr. Hannibal Lecter, previously a neurosurgeon, now a psychiatrist and have been for many years. I understand that you are most familiar with the workings of the hospital here. I feel it is an obligation of mine to help as many people as I can in as many ways as I am qualified. For this reason, I hope that you can make the most of my skills.

The mind is as important as the brain, Dr. Banner.

If it makes perfect sense towards your diary, how about we start on Monday morning. Fresh start and all. I'll shadow you for the day and it'll help because we have a lot of injuries lately. Let me know.

That would be perfectly fine. As you are referring to physical injuries, I assume you do not currently have patients who need a psychiatric evaluation?
