Well, strictly speaking, yes. Equestria is mostly pony populated. There are unicorns and pegasi, I am a unicorn, as well as earth ponies, but there are also donkeys, dragons, buffalo, gryphons, diamond dogs, zebras, etc. There are also smaller animals which do not speak, unless you are dear Fluttershy. She has such a way with the animals! I have my sweet Opal. She is a purebreed, long haired cat, beautiful and white as ever snow! I am glad she has shown up here. Else I do not know who would take care of her! Surely the girls will know I am missing by now!

Is human what we are called? I have failed to ask.

My hair is...well I just cannot talk about it! It is too upsetting!
