Hello,

I don't know if you've seen it but a cottage has appeared not far from your farm and myself and Peggy Carter have taken residence there. Since I'll be close anyway and I'm fully capable of manual labor I'd like to offer myself to work on the farm. I'm strong, fast, long to tire and almost impossible to injure so I'd like to think I could be some help.

We've also got a small but lush garden in both the front and back of the cottage and I think Peggy and I might like having some vegetables to tend to along with the flowers in front if you happen to have some extra seeds around.

Please, let me know if you'd like me to help.

Steve Rogers

Evening Ma'am,

I know I've been helping out at the diner a while now but I've moved to a cottage out near the woods and since I'm sure more people would be able to help you than to work the farm I've offered to help there instead. If you ever need help with heavy boxes or moving appliances to clean don't hesitate to ask, I'd be glad to come over.

Thanks again, for giving me something to do, especially those first few days.

Steve.

Howdie!

Actually the farm will need someone right soon. I come in a way that I can't move things around like I'm used to no more. At least not for a quite a few months anyway. With pickin' season comin' up and Winter crops... Mac ain't going to be able to do it all himself.

As he once told me it's a whole lot of work for just one pony.

I hope you're alright but I'm glad to do the work. I've never worked a farm but I used to stock groceries so I'm used to physical labor and well, I'm a lot stronger now. As long as some one's there to show me how to do it once or twice I'm sure I'll get a hold on it.

It certainly seems like a lot for one man to do, even one as strong as a horse.

Thank you, for the chance.

Steve

Oh, I'm better than alright. I think this is about as good as a person can get. I just can't lift more than ten pounds without Jarvis or Tony getting fussy.

But I'll still be on the farm everyday. So I'll be able to help you out, by telling you what needs to be done. Which doesn't make me happy at all, by the way. Cause I'm one that likes to get in the mud and pull plows and stuff like that. And buck fruit from the trees.

Jay helps too, but he's just a regular ol' human. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but he can't haul stuff like we can. Oh and don't tell no body that he does, I don't reckon he likes people to know.

You're quite welcome. I'm glad you asked I was startin' to fret about it a bit.

That's good to hear, there are enough troubles around here, no one needs to be sick too.

Maybe we could figure something out, I could haul everything around while you get the fruit or something so you get to work still without too much.

It's alright, I wouldn't tell anybody if he wants to keep it quiet. We're from times that aren't too far from each other, we were always taught to work hard but it wasn't always something to... advertise I guess.

Glad I could help then ma'am.

Steve.

Oh no. Me and Tony are havin' a baby.

I would like to be able to stay in shape. I mean I don't think I could lose my buckin' backside but I suppose as long as I don't try and lift the baskets I should be able to still do it.

Well, he's eager to help, he's right nice, and a pure pleasure to be around so even if he just keeps the trees company I'm happy.

You'll be a good addition to the farm I think.

Applejack.

Steve

I appreciate the help that you've given me and I will certainly give you a heads up if I need to move anything heavy. And you're welcome to join in the cooking classes if you want.

Isabel.

Isabel,

I'll definitely be going to those. It's a good idea, you're a great teacher.

And I'm sure you won't have trouble if you want to find someone else, everyone loves the diner.

Thanks again,
Steve
