I've just realised it's getting towards the full moon so I thought it might be an idea to let you know Malcolm and I've moved near to forest, I mean we're not likely to be out and about late at night or anything but I thought I should let you know, in case it changed your plans at all.

As long as you don't have any thawed chickens hanging about, you should be alright. Or, you know, any raw meat would be bad.

How close are you, exactly, to the forest?

But we like the chicken's we've got hanging all around the house, it makes the place look so festive!

I'm not entirely sure, I've never been all that great with measurements. But y'know close. Like I said it's not like we'll be outside and I'm assuming you can't open doors when you're a wolf, right?

And a bit of howling's never bothered me.

I know, but do take them down just for tonight, please?

Well, can you throw a rock and hit a possum or something equally as foresty and ratlike?

He can't open them but unless they're steel reinforced he might be able to break one down.

Yeah, I'd be more worried with the drooling and dog breath.

Fine!

No, not that close, I mean I don't trust the island that much at the best of times.

Okay, great. Would he bother doing that?

Clearly Lex had better oral hygiene that you do.

Oh, good, so long as the raw meat decorations are down, you should be okay... I think.

He might, it depends on if you and Malcolm spend time rolling about in animal blood. That might make you a bit of a target. If you do I'd hold off just for tomorrow, and bathe in something flowery perhaps.

Would you try to brush his teeth? I mean he's part of me and I wouldn't want to stick something in his mouth. But I'll have you know my oral hygiene is better than some.

You're not great at this comforting lark, are you?

Sacrificial sex night's normally a Wednesday for us, so we should be okay this time round.

But why would you have to? I mean surely if your teeth are clear so's the wolf's? Unless we're talking the morning after? Lex never really had mornings after like that. He stayed in the house.

I figure it's better to be safe and scary than someone end up as dinner for a werewolf.

Oh, good. Just try to avoid Wednesdays that fall on full moons and you should be perfectly safe.

Kind of both? I mean the one time I turned he pretty much chewed everything in the living room, and his slobber was everywhere. It wasn't fun to clean up the next morning. And he often finds stags and other random creatures to eat overnight, so morning breath is enough to probably kill someone.

Yeah, fair point.

It's okay, we're pretty flexible in our blood play.

Nice. Yeah definitely glad we made the decision he should change in the house. That sounds pretty fucking gruesome.

I suppose it's good to be flexible with your blood play.

It is very unnerving to wake up in a a Deer carcass.

Well y'know it just gets boring if it's too regimented.

Yeah that does sound pretty unpleasant.

Exactly, and you don't want to much uniformity in that sort of kink. It kinda seems like it would take the fun right out of it.

It wouldn't be so much if he saved some for, you know, other people, but he's a damned pig. Eats all but the fur and bones.

You should be okay. I usually go waaaaay out, just in case. And, between Sirius and I, we should be able to keep Lupin and Mason away from you guys.

But, you know, obviously don't do anything stupid like go for a moonlit walk or anything... I've got better control than a lot of my kinda were but even I couldn't resist that temptation. You're just too juicy looking. ;)

Okay cool, I just thought I'd let you know so you weren't suddenly presented with the cottage and think you'd need to go somewhere else or whatever. And thanks, I appreciate that. I mean it doesn't really, I lived with a werewolf for nine years, he used to change in the house.

Yeah it's okay, I don't have a death wish any more. And I understand, juicy? First time I've been called that, I'd go more with stringy myself, and this isn't me trying to dissuade you from eating me. Malc's definitely not worth eating, I've already established this with him for if I have to turn to cannibalism.

LOL! Dude, I've eaten way less juicy things than you. Believe me. When I'm worked up and hungry, I'd eat anything. Even Malc.

Well it's good to know you'll be very far away then. I'm pretty sure I'd find it really fucking hard to forgive you if you did that.

Well I'd just have to eat you too, obviously. To save you the heartache. It would be doing you a favour, if you think about it that way.

It's fucked up that I'm better with this idea than the alternative, isn't it? And thanks. You're too kind.

Hey, it would totally be my pleasure!

On a serious note though, I'm definitely not up for eating anyone so yeah, I'll make sure I keep away from your side of the forest.

We have to go deep anyway to make sure we don't come across the dwarves.

Yeah I imagine waking up to discover you've eaten someone's pretty...not good. I do appreciate it though.

The dwarves? I think I might've missed them.

LOTR.

Or, more precisely, The Hobbit.

I met Thorin Oakenshield in the forest one day. He brandished a stick at me. It was thrilling.

I haven't actually read The Hobbit.

Interesting. Were you doing anything worthy of a stick brandishing?

You should. It's the shiz.

Nope. Just jogging. I guess he wasn't expecting to see a random girl running through the forest at, like, 6am.

I'm not much into biographies.

You'd be surprised at how few people do expect that to be honest.

No problem, like I said I thought it'd be better if you weren't faced with unexpected humans.
