My music taste might be considered somewhat... outdated, especially around here. Can anyone give me any recommendations for my radio show? Requests?

[Filtered to Heather]

Are you all right? Spirits are pretty low around here. It's understandable. That new door's something else... I was thinking, maybe there's something we could do to distract people? What do you think?

I'm fine. My move from the Jedi has been delayed, but I'm a good preacher's daughter, I know the tricks of Hell. How are you?

I'm down for anything distracting. What did you have in mind?

I'm good. I'd be lying if I said I was great but I'm doing okay.

A party. Something to take peoples minds off things. Maybe drown out the door with good music, food and dancing.

That's a pretty good idea! We could ask the people in Wheel one if they would mind loaning their park to the cause.

That's not a bad idea. Although I think my idea of a party might differ to a lot of people around here.

Now I'm curious about your idea of a party...

Good food, plenty of alcohol, everyone dressed up nice, a live band, fancy invitations, tasteful decorations. I guess I have a decadent and lavish lifestyle.

No, that's doable. Instead of the park somewhere inside.

How fancy are we talking? Beaded gowns? Black tie?

Something like that, sure. I'm used to parties in high class bars and hotels.

There are a few fancy hotels in the first wheel, and then there is Bryn's Bad Things, and the smaller new one... If you wanted to go more... Adult.

One of the bars or hotels could work for the adults. Maybe we can give the kids their own party in the park or one of the hotels. Set them up with food and drinks.

We could see if the younger Bucky wants to help? He had that dance for the kids not to long ago.

Seems we have our work cut out for us Mr. O'hara. Shall we explore together? Or venture off on our own?

I'll shoot him a message.

Okay, name the time and the meeting place and count me in.

Tomorrow evening? We could meet in Wheel 1, take a look around. See what we can find.

What year are you from? That might help me narrow down recommendations.

It was 1940 before I arrived here on the station.

Okay, then I'd say get to know Elvis, Johnny Cash, David Bowie, the rolling stones, the who, Queen,

This might turn into a long list.

I'll give you a specific song 'All you need is love' by the Beatles. With the door that's here right now, we could all use a positive song. And there's a kid on the station that loves the Beatles.

That's a start. Thanks.

I'll make sure and play it soon. Which kid is that?

Her name's Abra. You might catch her singing on the phones someday. You must have heard her uncle, Dan.

Yeah, I've heard him. I'll make sure and play that song as soon as I can get a decent music library compiled.

Don’t forget to throw in a few of the songs you do know, there are some of us that’ll appreciate it. Can’t beat my man Cole Porter, makes me feel at home.
