	Hello, Mr Constantine. I'm not sure that adapting is the right word. While, in theory, I should probably be thankful for the extraction, it is not an easy reality to adjust to. ~~I'm in better shape than those I left~~ It was nothing so serious. [It is difficult, yes, but I would advise you to make friends and ask questions. The people here are very friendly, and most of them have experienced similar things to what you are going through now, so they will not mind helping you. Find the libraries and book shops and read.
