I wanted to let everyone know that we've redone a section of the park near [location]. It's geared toward children but obviously anyone is welcome, just let Stevie or me know if anything is broken or needs attention.
Neville has put a few charms on the area to keep it safe and practical: the ground is charmed to cushion falls, the water will stay safe in case any little ones try to drink it, and none of the trees will grow bigger, so the stuff built on them will stay safe and they'll stay at a good climbing size.
Also there is a small area full of edible flowers and fruits and herbs, but we made sure none of the the other plants are harmful, even if kids eat them, they just won't taste very nice.
[OOC:] Photos would be attached here featuring a fenced in area of the park that is covered in flowers and looks almost taken from a storybook.
There would be swings (at least one tire swing, a bench swing that would fit an adult and a kid or a few kids and a hammock-like swing) and slides built in/around the trees, tables and chairs that look like overgrown mushrooms and tree stumps, storybook playhouses in a few different sizes, a sandbox, giant play bricks, and a small area with chairs and soft grass to sit on with a protected bookcase filled with children's stories. There is also a well-marked garden full of edible plants and fruits and a shallow pond/fountain that could be played in.
There would also be adult-sized benches and chairs scattered throughout for parents/caregivers and a few practical things, like trash bins and storage boxes.
In the very back of the area there is a carved-wood plaque that reads:
This space is dedicated to every child who has lost a parent and every parent who has lost a child. May they find some comfort here.
