Email to Miguel

Dr O'Hara

I was wondering about your knowledge of robotics. Lucas has managed to come up with a very good design for a prosthetic for a patient of mine but I'm afraid I lack the necessary scientific knowledge to make it a reality.

Would you be able to help?

Sincerely,
Dr Morgan

Hi, Henry,

I'm okay working with robotics, although it's not my speciality. If you want to send me the schematics, I'll have a look at them and let you know if I can work with them. Does that work for you?

Hello, Miguel.

Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Normally I would have sent this to Mr Stark but given recent events I'm afraid that's no longer a possibility.

I've attached the schematics to the email. Again, thank you for any help you can offer.

Henry.

Henry,

See attached for suggestions and queries.

Are you alright with me taking this through the door? I can get back to my own time (2099) and make use of the technology available there/then. Based on that, do you have a scan of the patient's arm that I could have access to, as well? I'd need to see bone structure and density, how the remaining nerve endings are functioning, any reconstructive surgery that might have been carried out etc etc.

-Miguel

[Attached are the schematics provided earlier with a number of questions and suggestions as to the mechanics, circuitry and general workings of the prosthetic, all overlain on the plans]

That would be wonderful. Especially if it will accomplish what is needed. With Mr Rochester's permission I have attached the scan of his arm that Mrs Darcy was able to get. I'm afraid some additional reconstruction might be necessary as the options were very crude in his time. This is all of the information that I could get.
