I'm sorry B I don't know where my head's been at. I guess I kept thinking I'd see you sooner than later and anyway here we are.

It went surprisingly well. I'm so relieved. I broke down when I got home. She took it in stride, told me she needs time to think about it because she isn't sure what she's even looking for right now and hasn't really ever even dated. Where she comes from everything is just apocalyptic. Then we went and rode the carousel.

That's not a euphemism. We went on the actual carousel in NYC. It was the best.

I know this doesn't help, but anyone that would run off screaming from you is unworthy of your affection. But I'm glad she did not.

I do too. I wouldn't feel so useless.

You could take her dancing. I have a mer friendly area in the club that connects to the main water tubes and as lagoon like as I could make it. And you could have a chat with Isabel for a romantic dinner delivered.

Are there breathing apparatuses so that air breathers can go into the mer parts of the station?

Not really, he was great I hurt in places that haven't ached in a very long time. After drunken sex, I'd like to try sober. But that screams disrespectful. He is a god. Because who goes "Oh yeah, I'd love to fuck him blind" after they've met someone they're supposed to worship.

As far as awkwardness goes, I haven't talked to him. And he hasn't talked to me.
