Got it. No magic, or Jedi. Just a lot of science. Superheroes all died out in the Catastrophe, but there are new ones starting to appear again. There's a guy calling himself the Punisher, a Spiderman, some guy called Ravage and a few others. It's got the Thorites all up in a frenzy, they're claiming it means the Aesir are coming back for real this time.
