It is increasingly difficult to keep up with a toddler who finds weightlessness amusing.

Good morning everyone?

It's about time you arrived old friend. I would think it easier to corral her in zero gravity than when she can run.

She's taken to it like a fish to water.

Hah. We'll have to bring her to one of the pools and let her try her hand at actual swimming.

I am sure she would enjoy it. We just have to find her a breathing device small enough.

She doesn't need a breathing device to swim on the surface, though if you want her to experience what it would be like to be under water it might be wise.

The way she is right now it would be hard to keep her from going beneath.

I'd be there to keep her safe of course, but Suni was just as curious. You're wise to want extra precautions.

I know you would, my friend. But she is quick, I can't imagine what sort of trouble she would find if she were slippery.

I have an excellent idea of how much trouble she could get herself into. My grandchildren were exceptional at finding it.

I'm sure we can find something.

Perhaps she is who they learned their troublemaking from?

Well, it is space, I'm sure something can be found.

They had a good bit from their mother, but Suni babysat her often as well.

I'm looking for a suitable location for us to requisition for use as the temple here. I haven't seen many space stations this large or designed for multiple species.

We may have to make due with a common area. Perhaps a dry living space close to some wet ones?

I seem to be locked in my mer form at present. I'm unsure if that will change, so someplace with a common area for both wet and dry would be preferable.

I don't know that we'll find that, but perhaps ones that are close to the other?

Surely using your powerful grip would amuse her while also catching her at once.

I am using that if she gets too far out of reach. I am surprised you haven't heard her squeal.

Your torture? Because hers are of joy. And she does nothing but sing high praise of you 'ylo'.

That is because she does not know me as anything but someone that occasionally feeds her and holds her hand to go up steps. To children I am perfect.
