For those interested in going through the door who may be concerned about such things, I have gone through and obtained several vials of all of the latest vaccinations. I would recommend at the very least getting a flu vaccination as it is the most common. There are nasal swabs as well as injections.

Doors being to modern times when vaccines are available is very helpful.

I think the Corps inoculated my regular body with everything they had a vaccine for back in the day and that left me feeling like a pincushion!

I'm sure they've come up with more since then. I'd have to ask Elyssa about what she's been vaccinated against in this body. Probably stuff neither of us have ever heard of.

I would recommend the flu vaccination nonetheless. It changes every year.

I know they didn't have flu vaccinations back in the 40's, I'll talk to her about it.

[Doctor Morgan]
Is the flu vaccine safe for pregnant women? A few days ago Elyssa's omnitool told us we're expecting. It's very early days yet, I wouldn't have had the first clue if it hadn't started beeping at us. I hope I'm back in my body soon

It is safe but I would recommend the nasal swab. Also congratulations.

I'll come by before we go through the door.

Thanks, we're pretty excited and a bit nervous. I'd just as soon be the one being support rather than going through it myself, but we'll see what the island decides to do.

I'll be in my office.

I can't imagine any man would actually be willing to go through that regardless of what might be said.

Sounds good.

Well I love Elyssa, so that helps a lot. Being swapped with her is different but not so bad, we're just kind of wearing different hats than we normally do at the moment. I can think of worse things than carrying our kids but yeah given a choice...

I would offer a check up but I know that her technology is superior to what I have here at the hospital.

I'm sure it will be fine regardless of who carries them.

Right now yeah, I don't know that it would make much difference. Regardless of which one of us is driving this body I'll make sure we come see you when things are further along. Technology is one thing, medical advice is another.

If I can get the omnitool to forward the data to you maybe you could go ahead and open a file?

Technology doesn't tend to have much of a bedside manner.

That would be wonderful. I would love to see what types of information it gathers.

I haven't had any vaccinations since about 1938.

I'm guessing all at once would be a terrible idea / flood the system?

All at once would be bad, yes. Fortunately if you plan to go through the door there are four that you can have now with no adverse effects. I'll need to do a test and see what exactly you're inoculated against to be sure.

Do you have time to see patients for reasons other than vaccinations?

I do, yes. I see patients for a variety of reasons here on the island. And I spend a majority of my time in my office so please, come by any time.
