Who is the Dark Side user who is here? Naturally he said very little but I can tell he is powerful but not a Sith. He says he is worse. He talks of wanting to face me when I am "ready". I believe I'm skilled enough for most challenges, but I am not certain yet if I should face him. As a Jedi, I want to defend, not make a first attack, unless he's trying to harm others. I did feel I should ask for any more information anyone may know.

	I do sense it slightly, yes. It's as though he's conflicted. It's very faint but it's there. It's strange...There's something familiar almost about his Force signature, but it's strange as well. The familiar part is like what I sense from my sister's children. You don't happen to know anything of his parentage or background do you? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I am trying to brighten it's hold on him. I fear the Emperor has his claws deep into him. I'm afraid I do not know who his parents are, or were. But that is not abnormal. I don't know who my parents are either. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Palpatine is not dead in your reality? I know that he is in ours...he attempted to bring himself back in clone bodies later on, but now he's dead once again.

The Dark Side can run deep, yes. I like to believe that there is always hope...if one as far gone as my father can be redeemed.

I know how you feel. I only discovered who my father was as an adult. I grew up with my aunt and uncle and knew barely anything of my real parents. And some of that was lies because of who he was. Sadly, I still know very little about my mother.

No. I don't know Palpatine.

I wouldn't say I was redeemed, but I did change. It took a hard blow to the head, but it happened.

I was given to the Jedi Enclave when I was... I don't know how old I was. Young enough that I wouldn't know their faces if I ever came upon them. I'm not resentful of it or them. I didn't lead a bad childhood, what I remember of it anyway.

	Who is the Emperor you speak of then? I've not heard of that but I suppose it's possible. That was the way of the Old Order, yes. I changed some of those things as I rebuilt the order. 	Valkorion. But likely he was Palpatine as well. He has taken many forms over many years. I do not doubt he has taken another after your Palpatine was killed. I... Was known as Dark Lord Revan. That is almost sorrowful to hear. To many families from the outerrim it was a gift that their child was found to be Force Sensitive. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

I might have come across that name in the records. Really, I don't know very much, a lot of the information was destroyed before my time. If you say that you are not of the Dark Side now, I'll at least give you a chance.

Yes, it was sad. I think the way it's done now is a lot better for them.

It's a possibility. But the only true way to know is to get those who have had contact with him through the years. True contact. And that is an impossibility.

The records have me down as a man. But we do have a good many records here, in the library of the temple. You're welcome to them. I'm not completely of the light. I would be what my friend Jolee called a Gray Jedi.

I suppose it would depend on the family and the child.

	Bad seems like an understatement considering what I know he's capable of. Not that I know of, apart from the brief run-in I had with him in the Temple where he just blew hot air and scared BB-8. What's strange is, his Force presence is confusing. It almost feels familiar somehow. Like the sensation I feel around my sister's children. Like a family link almost. But it's strange at the same time, since it's from the other reality.

I sincerely hope he isn't one of their children in this other reality. It would be too awful to think about. They seem to go through so much...or at least they have in my reality.
